The products are supplied under the leading Nordic premium brand “Earth Control” as well as under private labels. The company had revenues of DKK 399 million in 2019.
SCF Advisers acted as exclusive financial adviser to the owners of System Frugt A/S in the sales process. The transaction value is DKK 210m.
