Helmich Invest ApS acquires a majority shareholding in Frankly Juice and will together with the founders continue the growth of the company.
Frankly Juice develops, source, produce, package, and supply healthy ginger shots and juices made from fresh fruits and vegetables. All fruits and vegetables are 100% organic and cold-pressed at Frankly’s production facility.
SCF Advisers acted as financial adviser to the selling shareholders.
