Funkisfood acquires the Struer brand from Orkla/Struer Brød A/S and move the production of “Ymerdrys” etc. to its production facilities in Skjern, Denmark.
The divestment ensures that the well-known products produced under the Struer brand continue to be marketed through the leading Danish retailers.
